Value is published once at the top and reaches every dashboard. Every number is entered once, at its own level, and rolls up. Nobody updates anything twice.
Value flows down, results flow up. Blake and Tyler publish once at the top and it reaches every dashboard. Agents enter their inputs in their portal, operators enter theirs in their portal, and everything rolls up through the tiers. The gold feed is drawn once per side but reaches every agent portal. At the base sits the value stack installed for every agent: Inner Cirql Agent Coaching, Cirql, Origin, and GEO.
The three tiers
Tier 1 · One total
Master Dashboard
Who: Blake and Tyler.
Holds: our company's internal metrics and data.
Job: the one place Blake and Tyler update truth and value for everyone. Publish once here and it reaches every operator portal and every agent portal.
Tier 2 · One per team leader
Operator Portal
Who: each team leader we bring on.
Holds: their company's internal metrics and data.
Job: receives from admin, feeds the selected company information down to their agents, and updates their own numbers here. Their inputs and their team's roll up to admin.
Tier 3 · One per agent
Agent Portal
Who: every agent on an operator's team.
Holds: agent-facing value, plus the one place an agent updates their own data and inputs.
Job: the single place an agent looks and enters. Fed from admin and their operator; their inputs roll up to both.
Rules of the flow
Truth and value are updated in exactly one place: the Master Dashboard. Publish once, reach every operator and every agent. No side copies, no second sources.
Content flows down. Admin feeds operators and agents. Operators feed their own agents. Nothing feeds sideways.
Results flow up. Every tier enters its own numbers at its own level: agents in their portal, operators in their portal. Everything entered rolls up automatically, and nobody re-enters a number at a higher tier.
An agent portal shows value and takes inputs. What reaches an agent is chosen at the tier above it; what an agent enters belongs to them and rolls up.

Engagement scheduler
Use this live on the Operator Intake call, in the Operator Onboarding phase. Four short steps and the whole year is scheduled before the call ends.
1
Operator Intake call
Schedule the intake call itself. Its date anchors everything else on the calendar below.
Operator Intake call date weekdays only, never a holiday
Intake call time Central, 60 minutes
2
Launch Day
Always a Tuesday, 6 to 8 weeks after the intake call. Tap two to offer the operator, then tap the one they choose.

Also on the calendar: the Inner Cirql Always-On Agent Coaching call, every Wednesday 10:00 to 11:00 AM CT, starting the week after Call 1.
What the first two calls cover
Call 1 One week out. Press the button to onboard their current agents into the Always-On Agent System and Inner Cirql Agent Coaching. They have 1 week to let all their agents know to look out for emails.
Call 2 Two weeks out. The Operator sends out 100 invites to their Value Event.

Calendars
Check every slot against Blake's Google Calendar, then put the year on his calendar and the operator's.
One-time setup: Google client ID
Go to console.cloud.google.com signed in as blake@soldwithsuddath.com. Create a project called Inner Cirql Scheduler.
APIs and Services, Library: enable the Google Calendar API.
OAuth consent screen: choose Internal if soldwithsuddath.com is a Google Workspace domain. Otherwise choose External and add Blake and Tyler as test users.
Credentials, Create credentials, OAuth client ID, Web application. Under Authorized JavaScript origins add https://resources.theinnercirql.com. Save and copy the Client ID.
Paste the Client ID into GOOGLE_CLIENT_ID at the top of the scheduler script in systems-map/index.html, or send it to Claude to do it.
The year
Launch Day options tap to offer offered calls 1 and 2 Company meeting holiday, no 1-1 skipped by you conflictTap any marked day to see what's on it.
What the dashboard build adds
Saved per client, so every schedule lives with that operator's instance and can be edited later.
The Google connection moves server-side, so nobody signs in on the page and Tyler can run it too. Today Blake signs in with Google once per session.
A reminder email the morning before each call, with the agenda for calls 1 and 2. Today Google Calendar sends its own day-before email reminder to Blake, and the operator's invite follows their own reminder settings.
Launch Day day sheet
One page, 8.5 by 11, for the operator. What happens the day we get to town. Tap any line to edit it, then download the PDF and send it to the team.
Black and white, one Letter page. Team, date, and time zone follow the scheduler above until you type over them. Edits save in this browser. The button opens your print dialog: pick Save as PDF to download, or a printer to print. Letter, no headers or footers.

The calendar the dominoes land on. One template, 26 weeks, the same shape for every client. Enter a start date and a launch week and the operator lane and the agent lane fill themselves in. The Florida team is the first live instance.
Operator
Operator call
Every Monday · 10:00 AM CT / 11:00 AM ET · 60 min · Zoom.
In front of a computer. Start sharp, hard stop. Specifics in Blake's inbox 24 hours before.
Team
Company meeting
Every Tuesday · 10:00 AM EST / 9:00 AM CT · their office.
Runs every week, including dark weeks. Launch Day and the two in-person events take its slot.
Agents
Inner Cirql coaching call
Every Wednesday · 10:00 AM CT / 11:00 AM ET · Zoom.
Agents start the week after launch.
Week by week
How the template works
Week 1 is the first full Monday-to-Sunday week after the start date. Anything between the start date and Week 1 is the start row.
The standing rhythm is fixed: Operator call Monday, Company meeting Tuesday, Inner Cirql coaching call Wednesday. Every week gets the same three slots; only the exceptions are entered.
Launch Day is a full day in the office and takes the Tuesday slot. The agent coaching lane opens the Wednesday of the following week.
Two more in-office visits land on Tuesdays later in the engagement, in place of that week's Company meeting.
Holiday weeks go dark: no Operator call, no coaching call. The Company meeting still runs. Single-day holidays either stay on or drop one call; that is entered per week.
A new client is a new instance: same template, new start date, new launch week, new exceptions. Nothing else is retyped.
The Marketing Map
What we market, and how it moves. Video is shot 3 to 5 times a week, the Marketing Dashboard edits it into four formats, and every format goes out to its own channels. Same rule as the tiers: one source, published once, everything else flows from it.
Shoot once, publish everywhere. Video of coaching calls and interviews is shot 3 to 5 times a week and lands in Zoom and Google Drive. The Marketing Dashboard inside the Blake Suddath CRM pulls that footage, edits it into four formats, and pushes each format to its own channels. Every post, email, and article drives to one of four places: BlakeSuddath.com, TheInnerCirql.com, the recruiting lead magnet, or the next webinar or event. All four end at a booked call. Nothing is cut twice and nothing is posted by hand.
Rules of the marketing flow
The source is the shoot. 3 to 5 times a week, every coaching call and interview is recorded and lands in Zoom and Google Drive.
One place edits. The Marketing Dashboard pulls the raw footage and cuts every format from it: long-form video and podcasts, short-form reels and graphics, long-form copy with photos, and news articles.
Every format has its own channels. Long-form goes to YouTube and Spotify for Creators. Short-form goes to Facebook, Instagram, X, Threads, and TikTok. Copy goes to email marketing and Facebook, and the blog writer agent turns it into an AEO blog and a GEO blog every day. Articles go to the distribution list of real estate sites, every week.
Short-form and copy always carry a link: to a landing page, to the long-form video or podcast, or to an event. Nothing goes out without a next step.
Every link lands in one of four places: BlakeSuddath.com (VSL, book a call), TheInnerCirql.com (VSL, book a call), the recruiting lead magnet on BlakeSuddath.com (thank-you page VSL, book a call), or a webinar or event registration (CTA at the event: book a call). There is no fifth door.
Reach and leads roll up to the Marketing Dashboard and on to the Master Dashboard, so the numbers live in the same place as everything else.
The publishing cadence
The map says where content goes. This is how much goes, and how often. Every number below is the floor, not the ceiling, and none of it pauses for an event.
Every day · 10 posts and 2 blogs
Ten posts across every platform
Six shorts:
4 value reels, CTA to the website and the podcast
1 B-roll with music and a quote
1 image with music and a quote
Four posts:
1 long-form copy with a photo
1 graphic with a quote
1 carousel of Blake's photos, CTA to the recruiting lead magnet
1 graphic promoting the next event, link to the event in Stories
Two blogs: one AEO blog and one GEO blog, written every day by the blog writer agent.
Every week · 3 emails
Three value emails
Three emails a week, every one of them value. No pitch-only sends.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday, sent between 5:00 and 6:00 AM Central, so Blake is first in the inbox. The podcast and the blogs are live by 4:30 AM so every link in the email already works.
Friday is the podcast email. It always carries the link to that week's episode of Stop Chasing. Start Building. on YouTube and on Spotify.
Every email links back to the long-form: the video, the podcast, or the blog.
Every 8 weeks · webinar or event
One webinar or event
A webinar or a live event lands every 8 weeks, without exception.
Its promotion is added on top. Event posts, event emails, and Stories go out in addition to the 10 daily posts and the 3 weekly emails, never instead of them.
The daily "next event" graphic always points at whichever one is next, and the event itself closes with one CTA: book a call.

Social profiles
One brand, one message, on every platform. Anyone who lands on any of these eight profiles should see the same person, read the same positioning, and be sent to the same place.
The positioning statement
The same statement, on every profile
I coach real estate team leaders and install proven growth systems that bring 5 to 10 experienced agents a month, so that you're no longer laying awake all night filled with anxiety because you're no longer wasting time and burning up all your profit on non-productive agents, by using our Territory Takeover System™.
Bio version, for profiles: I help real estate team leaders install proven recruiting systems that bring in 5 to 10 experienced agents a month, using our Territory Takeover System™. No more lying awake at night filled with anxiety about company overhead. No more burning profit on agents who don't produce.
Word for word wherever the platform gives room. Where the bio is short, the tagline carries it: Stop Chasing. Start Building.
The brand, identical everywhere
What every profile carries
Name: Blake Suddath
Photo: the same current headshot
Cover or banner: the same on-brand image, white, ink, and gold
Tagline: Stop Chasing. Start Building.
Bio or About: the positioning statement, or the tagline where space is short
Link: BlakeSuddath.com, the same link on all of them
The rule
Change one, change all
Any edit to the statement, the tagline, the photo, or the link is made on all eight profiles the same day.
The profiles are audited together every 8 weeks, on the day the next webinar or event is scheduled, so the brand a guest sees before the event matches the brand they see at it.
